The Royal Decree 1483/2012 of 29 October 2012 on collective dismissal procedures and suspension of working hours was published in the Boe on 30 October 2012. This Royal Decree entered into force on 31 October and repeals Order 487/2012. The Regulation is structured in three titles and 48 articles. The full text is available in our legislative section.
