The new Law 42/2015, of 5 October, on the reform of the Civil Procedure Act, has introduced in Article 438 of the LEC the provision that in the cases of oral proceedings in which it is possible to act without a lawyer or procurator, standardised forms for answering the claim must be available to the defendants. These forms must be available to the defendants at the court and they must be notified of their availability in the Decree of Admission.
