Non-payment by the tenant of repair work may be grounds for termination of contract
According to a recent ruling of the Supreme Court of 7 July 2010 to which our Law Firm in Madrid has had access, the non-payment by the tenant of the repair works necessary for the maintenance of the property in good condition is cause for termination of the lease contract.
