The new law on court fees is now in force.
Law on Court Fees. Following the entry into force of the Law on Court Fees, and in order to mitigate the effects of the aforementioned law, which endangers Article 24 of our Constitution, the Law Firm G.Elias y Muñoz Abogados in Madrid is extending its financing in legal proceedings by reducing the fees in those cases where it is necessary.
As a result of the entry into force of the Law on Court Fees, certain amounts will have to be paid for access to justice, among which the following stand out:

However, exemptions to the collection of the aforementioned fees have been established, the most important of which are as follows:
- Criminal law (complaints, lawsuits, appeals).
- Divorce proceedings with minor children.
- Separation proceedings with minor children.
- Paternal-parental relations lawsuits.
- Claims for alimony for minor children.
- Enforceable demands for measures in the family sphere that affect minors.
- Contentious-administrative appeals due to negative silence or inactivity on the part of the Administration.
- Proceedings for payment of less than two thousand euros.
- Voluntary insolvency proceedings.
